The Conical Narrow line represents the latest evolution of C-Tech Implant’s aesthetic success concept, applied to reduced diameters.Years of experience in the design and production of dental implants have allowed the company to develop unique expertise in engineering high-performance solutions. The design of C-Tech implants is driven by the need to achieve and maintain the aesthetic success sought by both clinicians and patients. Thanks to new technologies, C-Tech has revolutionized the typical connection used for “slim” implants by applying our Morse taper philosophy to the reduced diameters of 3.1 and 3.4 mm. The Conical Narrow is, in fact, a reduced-diameter implant with a 5-degree true Morse taper connection and a pass-through prosthetic screw with a diameter of 1.6 mm. Additionally, it features a sole prosthetic platform for the two implant diameters. The Conical Narrow implant’s prosthetic line offers one of the widest ranges of options and innovations for a narrow diameter line, whether working analogically or digitally. All CN prosthetics are endowed with a Morse locking connection, effectively transforming the implant and abutment into a single structure – without gaps and without screw loosening.A good example of this innovation within the CN prosthetic line are the OMNI components. These abutments initially act as healing abutments, but once healing is completed they remain in position and become screw-retained abutments. The tissue seal of the healing abutment is therefore preserved, providing better aesthetic results, improved protection of the underlying bone, and allowing the practitioner to work comfortably at tissue level. The concept is based on a simple driving principle: to preserve the height of the crestal bone and maintain the overlying gingival thickness, preventing bone loss after implant placement and prosthetic restoration, and thus ensuring long-term aesthetic success.
